Víza
- Občané ČR nepotřebují při turistických a dalších cestách, jejichž účelem není výdělečná činnost, vízum pro vstup a pobyt na území HK SAR do 90 dnů.
- Hongkongské imigrační úřady vyžadují cestovní pas, jehož platnost je minimálně o 3 měsíce delší, než uvažovaný pobyt v Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HK SAR).
- MZV ČR doporučuje, aby si čeští občané před cestou ověřili u zastupitelského úřadu navštěvovaného státu, zda se podmínky pro cestování nezměnily.
Celní předpisy
- Při vstupu na území HK SAR je cizinec povinen vyplnit příletovou kartu (Arrival Card), celní prohlášení neexistuje. V rámci duty free může osoba starší 18 let dovézt maximálně 1litr alkoholu s obsahem alkoholu vyšším než 30% objemu, 60 cigaret nebo 15 doutníků nebo 75 g zpracovaného tabáku.
- Do Hongkongu je zakázáno dovážet nebezpečné drogy, chemikálie, antibiotika, zbraně, petardy a výbušniny, neopracované diamanty, zvířata, rostliny, ohrožené druhy rostlin a zvířat, telekomunikační zařízení, maso a drůbež, ale také například padělané zboží (tašky, hodinky, oblečení, filmy, hry, počítačové programy).
- Zajištění finančních prostředků na pobyt a vycestování je nutno na požádání prokázat při imigračním odbavení, (jde zpravidla o letenku k vycestování z HK SAR a odpovídající finanční zdroje k pobytu), konkrétní sumy nejsou stanoveny.
